Rules of the Monarchy

The crown can only be held for a maximum of one week at a time.

Those refusing to be photographed, will be immediately deposed.

A new Monarch is declared each Monday.

It is the responsibility of the Monarch to name the successor.

The Monarchy must be passed to another person.

If the monarchy is not passed on, a "pitch fork" rebellion is invoked.

If this happens, then the people decide the new Monarch.

Monarchy cannot be passed to someone outside of the department.

No reason for awarding the Monarchy needs to be given.

No attempts must be made to influence the Monarch's decision on whom to award the Crown.

Any attempts will be considered TREASON!

Those convicted will be banished to HR.

Mr Kool Bear is not allowed to be awarded the crown as of 28th February 2017
